Independently run the kitchen during service.
Prepare mise en place.
Ensure a clean and organised workspace.
Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements.
About you
Has experience as a (lunch)chef (required).
Can work independently.
Works in a structured and tidy manner.
Is creative and takes initiative.
Performs well during busy periods.
